WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Warranty Coverage
Bowman London timepieces are backed by a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Depending on your purchase, your watch may be covered under one of the following warranty plans:
• Standard Warranty – 12 months (included with all purchases)
• Extended Warranty – 3 years (available for eligible models or with additional coverage)
• Premium Warranty – 5 years (available for selected models or with extended service plans)
2. What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, including:
• Movement failure or defects
• Malfunction of the crown or winding mechanism
• Manufacturing defects in the watch case, dial, or hands
For 3-year and 5-year warranties, the coverage remains the same but extends over a longer period.
3. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including natural aging of materials.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Water damage resulting from improper use or failure to secure the crown.
• Damage due to third-party repairs or modifications.
• Components subject to wear, including but not limited to:
• Battery (if applicable)
• Strap or bracelet
• Glass (crystal)
• Bezel and case scratches
4. Extended Warranty Plans
Customers can upgrade to a 3-year or 5-year warranty at the time of purchase or within 30 days of receiving their watch. These extended warranties provide continued protection beyond the standard 12-month coverage.

5. Voiding the Warranty
Your warranty will be void if:
• The watch has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
• The serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible.
• The watch has been subjected to improper use, extreme conditions, or excessive impact.
6. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim:
1. Contact us at paul@bowmanlondon.com with your order details.
2. Provide a clear description of the issue, along with photographs if applicable.
3. If approved, you will receive instructions on returning your watch.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless stated otherwise. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
7. Repairs & Servicing After Warranty Expiry
If your warranty has expired, we offer a paid repair and servicing option to keep your timepiece in peak condition. Contact us for a quote and further details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bowman London is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective components.
